cove works on a range of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use work. We support projects from early feasibility and concept design through design development and visualization, depending on the scope.
Our focus is always the same: strong architectural thinking, clear communication, and designs that are buildable.
How does cove use AI in architectural design?
We use AI as a support tool to speed up early-stage exploration and communication. It helps us generate and compare design directions faster, test ideas visually, and iterate more efficiently.
AI does not “design the project.” It helps us move through options faster so the architect can make better decisions sooner.
What parts of the process does AI support?
AI supports the early and iterative parts of the workflow, including:
Concept exploration (style, massing, mood, spatial direction)
Visualization and presentation studies
Iteration and variation testing
Early design communication and client alignment
Core architectural work: planning, technical detailing, coordination, and final documentation-remains architect-led.
Are all cove projects AI-generated?
No. cove projects are architect-designed.
AI is used selectively where it adds value, mainly in early exploration and visualization. Many parts of a project are done using traditional architectural methods and tools, especially anything tied to buildability, compliance, and construction documentation.
Are these completed projects or conceptual work?
It depends on the project.
Some work shown is completed or in-progress client work, and some is conceptual exploration used to test design ideas, aesthetics, or spatial approaches.
Who is responsible for final design decisions: AI or the architect?
AI can support exploration, but it does not replace architectural judgment, client requirements, code considerations, or buildability. Final decisions are made by the design team based on real constraints, real context, and real client goals.
