Full Commission operates as a coffee shop during the day and a restaurant and bar at night, with lighting and furniture configurations that shift the feel of the room between the two. The space occupies a portion of Atlanta’s Larkin Soap Factory, and the design keeps the original industrial elements visible rather than covering them up. A covered patio extends the usable space and takes advantage of Atlanta’s climate. The owner describes the evening atmosphere as “a suit with the tie loosened after a full day of work,” and the design delivers on that: a place that moves from daytime energy to something quieter and more deliberate without changing rooms.
