Golf Village redevelops the aging clubhouse and surface parking at a Virginia golf course into a five-story, wood-frame mixed-use building of approximately 200 to 240 apartments, a modernized clubhouse, dining and social spaces, and a food hall. The development is limited to a 3-acre footprint, leaving 95% of the 168-acre course intact. Stone facade and pitched rooflines give the building a lodge character that fits the setting. Roughly 12% of units are designated as workforce housing in line with Fairfax County policy.
Parking is structured and wrapped within the building to stay hidden from the street, supporting a pedestrian-friendly frontage along Sunrise Valley Drive. An internal plaza adjacent to the clubhouse entrance provides shared outdoor space for residents, golfers, and visitors. The project targets LEED Gold or equivalent, net-zero-ready construction, rooftop solar, and EV-ready parking.
