Four new residential buildings add approximately 330 units to an existing mixed-use campus already known for its adaptive reuse character. Buildings step from four to five stories and range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, sharing infrastructure, amenities, and surface parking with the completed first phase. A pedestrian promenade connects the new buildings to the original historic mill building and to the adjacent greenway trail system, with a central courtyard and individualized building courtyards programmed for different uses along the way.
