Origin Story

Every great movement in architecture begins with a question. For cove, it was this:
What if high-quality design could be accessible to everyone?
Answering that question took two architects—Patrick Chopson and Sandeep Ahuja—from a small, research-driven consultancy to the forefront of AI-enabled architecture. Their journey was driven by a deep belief: great design should serve more people, not just the privileged few.
✦ Inspired by A Pattern Language
Christopher Alexander’s A Pattern Language was foundational to cove’s thinking. He believed everyday people—not just experts—should shape the spaces they inhabit, using proven patterns of good design. Patrick and Sandeep took that to heart.
It became their blueprint: human-centered design, guided by patterns, scaled by AI.
